2023 National Specialty Banquet

2024 National Specialty Banquet March 14, 2024. Cocktails before dinner will be a "cash" bar (credit cards accepted). Specific dietary needs require advanced notice. Reservations are due by March 4th, 2024. All dining options include salad, rolls, and dessert. Option 1: Black & Bleu Strip Steak with sautéed vegetables and mashed potatoes. Option 2: Blackened Salmon with wild rice and sautéed vegetables. Option 3: Boneless Chicken Breast with Bourbon Glaze, rice pilaf, sautéed vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes. Option 4: Eggplant Parmesan with Cavatappi Pasta, sautéed vegetables & marinara sauce.
